Hi, I am Kuya John and welcome to my website. Kuya in Tagalog(the main language of the Philippines)means older brother. It is a sign of respect that is given to an older brother or the husband of an older sister. My beautiful Filipina wife Lita is the second oldest sister in a family of nine children. I am known and addressed as Kuya John by Lita's family. I deeply honored to be called  this by my wife's family. This is were I go the inspiration  for the name of this website.
        This website will be about me and my wife Lita and our family. We will deal mostly with the Filipina/American aspect of things. There will be quite a bit about our relatives in the Philippines . We will also share our dreams and plans for the future( a big part of which deals with Lita's family and the Philippines) and report about their progress.
        As you can see this site will have a heavy Filipina influence and flavor to it, as does my life. I enjoy this aspect of my life and think it is a great thing. I look forward to sharing on these pages with the readers of this site. I hope you enjoy my site and please come back again . I will be updating this site ever chance I can get.
